Welcome to Boynearea.com. This website provides researched family information from Charlevoix County and the surrounding areas. By compiling Charlevoix County Vital records I am able to provide a more complete profile of family members. I am transcribing death and marriage records from 1868 to 1969, and entering them in a computer database for reference. By comparing related records I am able to fill in missing information in some records. Since the 1868 to 1969 vital records are recopied from original hand-written records, there are some misinterpretations of the handwriting. I try to correct these errors by comparing to original records and headstones. Corrections will be noted at the bottom of my documentation.
